Hey, Taxin' Teddy, Where's My Tax Cut?

Taxin' Ted Strickland has been pleading poverty and making weak cuts in spending that would never solve the sorts of problems Ted claims are there. The truth, it turns out, is that Ohio has about a half a trillion [UPDATE: Uhh, math is hard!] billion dollars more than was expected. Huh? Maybe I should let BizzyBlog explain:
This means that the state, at the end of May (assuming, ahem, that there aren't errors in May that won't get discovered until June), was $520 million ($667 mil minus $147 mil) better off than it expected to be in its original forcast.
So, Taxin' Ted, where is my tax cut?
