All of this was news to Rep. Mike Rogers (R-MI) too. He's on the intelligence committee and says he never saw the request from Murtha for the $23 million earmark that made this outrageous claim.

This is why we never get the national debt down...we keep spending ridiculous amounts of money on crap like this...
