CINCINNATI (AP) A federal appeals court has ordered the dismissmal of a lawsuit challenging President Bush's domestic spying program, saying the plaintiffs had no standing to sue.A victory for those of us who actually realize we are at war with a real enemy who wants to kill us.
This program was never about listening in on your calls with Aunt Edna but rather tapping calls with terrorists. Of course, if this program weren't in place and an attack occured, these same folks would be screaming "connect the dots!" Oh, wait, they were the same people who were screaming for the government to connect the dots... Well, my friends, in order to connect the dots, you have to have some dots to connect.
