Portman was the featured speaker at the annual Summit County dinner hosted by County Party Chairman Alex Arshinkoff. Also in attendance were Congressman Ralph Regula, State Auditor Mary Taylor, House Speaker Jon Husted and Ohio GOP Deputy Chairman Kevin DeWine.
