Alabama's Terry Everett is the latest quitter to cut and run from the US House of Representatives while the GOP works to regain a majority. Everett will be 71 in February, so I guess it is about time to go...but this list of quitters is growing. Here's hoping we can replace these people with real conservative Republicans so we can get back on track.UPDATE: Apparently, Denny Hastert is having some second thoughts abut early retirement...
