Ohio's socialist, er, Democrat Governor, Ted "Just Doing Nothing Keeps My Ratings Up" Strickland, has actually come out and taken a stand on something. Possibly bucking for a VP spot or Cabinet position, the Ohio Democrat governor has endorsed Hillary Rodham Clinton for the Communist, er, Democrat Nomination for Absolute Benevolent Dictator, er, President in 2008.
From the Baltimore Sun blog the Swamp:
Hillary Clinton has scored the most coveted Democratic endorsement from arguably the most important swing state in the nation: Gov. Ted Strickland of Ohio.
As the Tribune first reported this morning, Strickland, the first-year governor with sky-high approval ratings, endorsed Clinton on a noon conference call. He praised the New York senator's experience - "These are very serious times for our nation and the world, and I believe we need a serious leader who is able to bring about the change we desperately need" - and perhaps most importantly, called her the Democrat best-positioned to win his critical state next fall.
What experience? Every time she has had any type of executive power, she has failed, whether it be at Rose Law Firm or trying to redo Healthcare. What aside from her last name makes her qualified to be in an executive position?
Of course, healthcare is something they both have in common, as Ted is trying to ram socialized medicine down our throats in the General Assembly, just as Hillary will try to do if elected and as she and her cohorts in the "We Don't Care What You Think" Congress are trying to do. Both Hill and Teddy are socialists who hide behind a shallow veneer. Don't fall for either one. They are typical politicians who care for nothing but consolidation of power under the socialist/liberal banner, not about helping the state or the nation.
