Just got an email from a reader that includes this bit:[Rawnica] says that Simon Lies endorses her.I have been unable to confirm whether or not Sheriff Simon Leis endorsed Rawnica or not. But I think it would be rather rich if he did... Sheriff Si was the guy behind Hamilton county's jail tax...the one that voters said "no" to, but the sheriff really really wanted so he asked commissioners to do it anyway. I would think that a REAL Republican wouldn't want to be associated with somebody who did something like that.....
Is that true? I don't think that was listed earlier.
