Spitzer is scheduled to announce his resignation at 11:30 a.m., according to a second top Spitzer staffer. The officials spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity because the announcement had not yet been made.

This blog does not appreciate corruption no matter what the party affiliation is and I am more than a little shocked that there are still liberals out there who haven't figured that one out yet... See: Rogers, Kay for further illustration of what I am talking about...

...and there is NO excuse for it at all. And I'd really like to see where the local liberal intelligentsia blogged their outrage against Rep. William "Cold Cash" Jefferson before they come over here and waste my time talking about Sen. Vitter...
