Marc Dann Monday

Let's get a quick update on all things Marc Dann, shall we?

We shall...

  • The Cleveland Plain Dealer says that "Youngstown deserves better press than Attorney General Dann is giving it" -- Uhh, note to Thomas Suddes: What about the rest of the Great State of Ohio? He's embarrassing us too, you know...

  • The Warren Tribune Chronicle says, "Sexual harassment claims affect pro-ethics attorney general." -- Uhh, note to the Tribune Chronicle: Marc Dann is only "pro-ethics" when he's running for office and railing against Republicans...

  • Dann's hometown paper, the Vindicator, says that "Dann didn’t learn from mistakes of Valley officeholders." -- Uhh, note to the Vindicator: Why can't I find the word "Democrat" anywhere in this story, but there is a reference to the GOP...

  • And the worst news of the day comes from the Baltimore Sun, which asks: "Will Democrats blow it in Ohio?" -- Why is this the worst news? The story has gone national... Ohio's Eliot Spitzer is bringing shame upon the Great State of Ohio and there appears to be no end in sight.

  • ...and the Marc Dann Sunshine Express rolls on...

UPDATE 1: I've seen this story about Marc Dann's heroic efforts on the part of Vicky Crawford several times of the course of the last week or so, but couldn't bother myself to actually read the story due to the high irony count. When did Marc Dann move to Tennessee? Vicky Crawford is not from Ohio. The case has nothing to do with Ohio. I mean, I get that the good people of Ohio supports the elimination of sexual harassment -- but where is the Attorney General of Tennessee? Why isn't TN's AG getting the spotlight on this?
