Instead of literally and figuratively engaging in man hugging with Ohio Democrats, perhaps Ohio Republicans ought to start thinking about how to win the next round of elections. One idea that I think the Ohio GOP ought to seriously consider is this one from Tennessee.Let's see if Gov. Strickland would support protecting the personal information of concealed carry permit holders... Let's get him on record... I don't think the governor has ever had to make a gun vote before, so I'm not real sure that his rhetoric will match his actions when a real vote is on the line.
And if John Kasich were smart, he'd start mentioning it too... Kasich has a LONG way to go with the Second Amendment crowd in this state and I can't think of a better introduction than this legislation.
