Sixty-year-old Dr. Rosaire "Ross" Dubrule, a Tiptonville physician, is a Democratic candidate for the 77th House seat being vacated by Rep. Philip Pinion of Union City.
Dubrule was arrested Friday and held in the Dyer County Jail.
But here is the best part:
Dubrule already faces federal prescription fraud charges from a 2007 incident. With this latest arrest, he violated his $20,000 bond on the pending charges.Well, at least the Dems aren't giving this clown a Congressional Medal of Distinction......
