Culture of Carousing Update: Tennessee Edition

From knoxnews.com:
DYERSBURG, Tenn. - A candidate for the 77th House seat has been charged with driving under the influence and evading arrest.

Sixty-year-old Dr. Rosaire "Ross" Dubrule, a Tiptonville physician, is a Democratic candidate for the 77th House seat being vacated by Rep. Philip Pinion of Union City.

Dubrule was arrested Friday and held in the Dyer County Jail.
This guy led police on a chase...when he finally stopped, he resisted arrest and had to be restrained.

But here is the best part:
Dubrule already faces federal prescription fraud charges from a 2007 incident. With this latest arrest, he violated his $20,000 bond on the pending charges.
Well, at least the Dems aren't giving this clown a Congressional Medal of Distinction......
