Culture of Corruption Update

A Maryland Democrat state senator has used official letterhead to keep his boss up to date on a project that he was working on... The Washington Post calls State Sen. Ulysses Curie a "consultant", but it sure sounds like "lobbyist" to me...

Here is the problem though...
Currie did not mention his work for the Lanham-based company on state financial disclosure forms. According to court documents, Currie began working for the company in early 2003 and was paid more than $207,000 between then and 2007.
Uh-oh...the FBI is checking out whether or not senator Currie used his position to benefit his client.
