I looked up Zettler on the county website? His taxes looked low for 32 acres in Hamilton? seems he signed up for the farm discount. use the same website and look at [aerial] photo. Nothing but woods????? Unless he has the corner on walnuts in Hamilton, I think he is cheating Butler County schools and taxpayers. That's a pretty serious set of charges, but I think it is unlikely that a two-time candidate for County Auditor is going to be playing games with local taxes.
But then someone calling themselves "Truthteller" came by and said this:
WTF, Zettler doesn't determine his own taxes. If that were the case I'd be paying ZERO, thank you very much. Do you think Kay Rogers would give him a break? She hated his guts. All of which is true. But that got me thinking that if there was some sort of shady dealings going on, that is exactly the sort of cover an Ohio Democrat would use.
There was always something screwy about Kay Rogers property assessments. Modest homes in Hamilton went UP while much more expensive homes in Liberty/West Chester went DOWN in value. Why?
This was years before the housing market went bust
So, how does the Butler County Auditor's office have Jack Zettler's property in Hamilton classified? Go to the source and see for yourself that it is listed as "agricultural" land for cash crop or general farm usage.
Here is the aerial view from Google...

Do you see any farms? Some intrepid reporter ought to ask Jack what cash crop he's growing on his general farm in Hamilton...
How did Jack's Place get classified as a farm? I don't know...but I suspect that Jack does know. Again, some intrepid reporter ought to ask him that too.
ASIDE: Before hitting the PUBLISH button, I can already hear the jackals from OH-02...I'm not a fan when Vic Wulsin or Jean Schmidt play these games either.....
