Dodd, no. 1 recipient of Fran/Fred funds over a 19 year period....Obama, though only serving less than 4 years in the Senate, is no. 2. Barney Frank is up there, as well. And they are the ones who spoke against oversight all during the last 8 years. Now they are trying to tell us we need their kind of oversight? We had it, and now we are reaping the whirlwind of the hell of supposedly good intentions.
