“I know Attorney General Nancy Rogers to be a person of impeccable integrity, but she was also appointed by the Governor and one of the alleged violations appears to have occurred with a computer account originating from her office. I’m sure General Rogers will see the public benefit of having someone from outside her office review the matter, since the Inspector General has no authority to investigate.”
