In Butler County: we held both Commission seats (Congrats Chuck Furmon!), Roger Reynolds was re-elected as Auditor, Sheriff Jones will be back, Cindy Carpenter will still be our Clerk of Courts, Danny Crank will continue to serve as Recorder.
Nancy Nix (Treasurer), Robin Piper (Prosecuter), Don Dixon (Commissioner) were all unopposed.
Judges Ringland and Hendrickson will be on the 12th District Court of Appeals. Dan Haughey will be on the bench in Area III Court.
Gary Cates is going back to the state senate. Tim Derickson (53rd), Courtney Combs (54th), and Bill Coley (55th) are (still) going to be state representatives.
Republican Leader, my Congressman and a Great American -- John Boehner -- will be heading back to Dee Cee to hold the line on spending and the Democrats' radical agenda.
