Strickland's "Infrastructure Czar"

...is NOT the head of Ohio Department of Transportation.

For some reason, Gov. T-Shirt Ted decided to bring in somebody else to run the show when it comes to allocating the billions and billions of dollars that T-Shirt's buddy Rahm Emmanuel is going to secure for his re-election plan latest plan to Turn Around Ohio.

Anybody else think this is a bad idea?

At least the guy isn't getting paid! Which usually means that the taxpayers get what they pay for...
