I guess Rahm Emmanuel is to blame. Or is it the White cracker Blue Dog Dems? It is hard to tell with Maxine "Marxine" Waters, Socialist and black radical member of Congress. But, if I were Rahm, I would be careful opening my mail from Marxine:
