If you said in the US House of Representatives, you're a winner! Democrats are trying to rush bills through the legislative process without people having a chance to actually read them. Why? So everyone can be surprised later when we find out what's actually in them!
This is a disgrace and Ted Strickland ought to be held accountable for it.
