"TSA constantly evaluates and updates screening procedures to stay ahead of evolving threats. TSA has implemented an enhanced pat-down at security checkpoints as one of our many layers of security. While we cannot share specific details of our procedures for security reasons, pat-downs are designed to address potentially dangerous items, like improvised explosive devices and their components, concealed on the body. All passengers have the right to request private screening at any time in the screening process."Reviewing" the incident is not sufficient. And the only appropriate action that the TSA can take is to fire the employee and stop sexually assaulting citizens. It is just that simple.
TSA personnel have been in contact with the passenger, are reviewing the alleged incident and will take appropriate action if necessary. These thugs think they have the right to sweep this incident under the rug.
Where are the police on this? Why isn't there a criminal investigation taking place? A crime has been committed and apparently law enforcement is willing to let this go. That is not acceptable.
