Columbus – Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor today issued the following statement regarding the Ohio General Assembly’s support of S.B. 2, legislation establishing CSI Ohio: the Common Sense Initiative:“Eliminating the barriers that stand in the way of job growth in Ohio is one of our top priorities,” Taylor said. “The work of CSI Ohio can now officially begin as we seek to achieve the right balance of regulations that makes Ohio businesses competitive and protects the health and safety of our citizens. Senate Bill 2 will certainly help the governor and I reach our goal of creating an environment where business owners want to locate, grow, expand and create jobs right here in Ohio.”
Gov. John R. Kasich is expected to sign Senate Bill 2 on Friday.
