St. Rep. Mecklenborg to Serve as Chairman of the Majority Policy Committe

COLUMBUS—State Representative Bob Mecklenborg (R-Cincinnati) today was appointed by House Speaker William G. Batchelder (R-Medina) to serve as the chairman of the House Majority Policy Committee during the 129^th General Assembly.

 

Mecklenborg also serves as the chairman of the State Government and Elections Committee, as well on the Judiciary and Ethics Committee and the Finance and Appropriations Committee. He also serves on the Higher Education Subcommittee of the Finance and Appropriations Committee.

 

“I’m honored to have the opportunity to serve as the chairman of the Policy Committee and consider the issues that matter most to the people of Ohio,” said Mecklenborg. “I am pleased that Speaker Batchelder has confidence in my ability to help shape caucus policy.”
