Rep. Mike Dovilla Appointed to Ohio Turnpike Commission

COLUMBUS, OH – State Representative Mike Dovilla (R – Berea) has been appointed by House Speaker William G. Batchelder to the Ohio Turnpike Commission. As a non-voting member of the Commission, Rep. Dovilla will be working with the bi-partisan board which governs the administration of the 241-mile highway that traverses each city and township of the 18th Ohio House District.

“I am privileged to be appointed by Speaker Batchelder to the Ohio Turnpike Commission,” said Dovilla. “I look forward to lending my voice to the dialogue over the future of the Ohio Turnpike, which directly impacts the quality of life in our communities while also serving as a driver for economic development throughout northern Ohio.”

Rep. Dovilla’s term on the Commission begins immediately and will run through 2012.
