COLUMBUS – Today Gov. John R. Kasich signed Executive Order 2012-09K which authorizes the Chief of the Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management within the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to require additional testing and safeguards as part of the permitting process for an injection well. The Executive Order is effective immediately.
