Do-Not-Call Drama Continues


The legal wrangling over the national do-not-call list intensified yesterday even as telemarketers said they would stop calling those Americans who put their numbers on the list.

Why can't these judges figure out that they are not responsible for legislating America? If you are a judge, it is NOT your responsibility to create law...your job is to interpret law and settle law disputes. That's it! Nothing else. If you want to write laws, run for Congress.
