Wow, is anyone surprised that Algore would go in favor of political expediency over his supposed friend and former running mate Joe Lieberman? I was not surprised. In fact, I think Joe was chosen for Gore to balance Whacko Al's crazy leftism with some more appealing to the middle. I am sorry that such a respected Dim like Lieberman has to find out about the true colors of most of his party in this way. It is the liberal mindset: no lie or dishonorable act is bad if it is for the purpose of gaining power to shape the world in their image.And, judging by what I read here lately by liberals, loyalty and friendship mean nothing over hatred and gaining oneupsmanship. It is a shame that all the leftist liberals have now are potshots at messengers, potshots at supposed friends, potshots about turkeys...I cannot think of a worse existence than hoping that my country's economy tanks and that more soldiers get killed. How terrible to hope for so much negativity and tragedy, just so you can win. And folks, they will do anything, anything to win. They do not care about the security of their country. They do not care about seeing what is best for America. To the Libs, America is the enemy. To the libs, if America is not in their image, then it needs to fall and be reshaped. These are the folks who supposedly love freedom so much, who supposedly love our country so much.....I, for one, am not buying their rhetoric, and I encourage you to do the same. Look at what liberal lies have gotten us: a recession we are just getting out of, thanks to tax REBATES; a terrible intelligence situation which we are only now seeing the full laxness of; and a lack of respect and prestige and emboldening of the terrorists which led to the massacre of 3,000 Americans. Hmm....yeah, their ways are the right ones, now, aren't they?
