Al Queda Wins In Spain

From My Way News
Spain's ruling conservatives crashed to surprise defeat in elections overshadowed by anger over terrorist bombings, becoming the first government that backed the U.S.-led war in Iraq to be voted out of office.

The win by the Socialists over Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar's favored Popular Party Sunday came amid charges that Aznar made Spain a target for terrorist by supporting the Iraq war.

Spain's incoming prime minister, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, has pledged to bring home the 1,300 Spanish troops in Iraq when their tour of duty ends in July.

Matt's Chat

In the grand scheme of things, having Spain pull out of Iraq isn't that big of a deal...militarily. Politically, Spain was a key ally in the War Against Terror in Iraq. I find it ironic that those who were screaming hysterically about the United States acting "unilaterally" in Iraq are now squealing with joy now that one of our "fraudulant" allies has been defeated on the political battlefield by an act of terror by our enemies.

I agree with our headline, this is a win (however minor) for al Queda; I differ with those who call this a win for Spain. This is not a win for Spain. The next time somebody wants something from the Spanish, they now know that all they need do is kill a couple hundred people with a cowardly act of terrorism. It will be interesting to watch just how long this new government stands in Spain. Socialism doesn't work. Never has. Never will. Appeasment never works either. Never has. Never will.

Those who cheer the fall of democracy are really showing their true colors. Real Americans aren't interested in socialism and surely wouldn't have a joygasm over the political fallout of an act of terror. I would think that the liberals in this country would want to support winning the peace now that we've won the war. But it seems clear to me; from the rhetoric, vitriol, and gutter politics that the left isn't interested. And that really is a shame.

This shouldn't be about politics. We should be coming together to defeat those who would do us harm. But then, you would have to believe that we are in fact at war. Democrats seem to think that the War on Terror is some sort of law enforcement problem. They think that if they come to power we'll suddenly get all the right intelligence and we'll be able to send over a cop with a subpeona. As if a terrorist is remotely interested in the law. Or, if we get at the root of why they hate us, they'll suddenly break out in song.

The reality is that the only way to deal with somebody who wants to kill you is to kill him first. It is just that simple. The hamsters who can't seem to wrap their tiny little brains around that reality have no place calling our President derogatory names. Al Queda is our enemy. We don't give them what they want. We don't entertain what they want. And we don't root for them. We defeat them. Period.

Now I don't have a problem with an opposition to President Bush. Honestly, if a Democrat ran for president that actually had a clue about national security and had a plan for the War on Terror that didn't include appeasement; I'd at least consider them. I'm not interested in hearing from a career politican/liar who is to busy running from his own record that his entire campaign platform appears to be based in misdirection and outright lies. We are at war. We don't have time for that crap.

Mark's Remarks

The Spanish people have made a terrible mistake. First, they elected socialists to power, and socialists are bad news....Second, they have given Al Queda new hope in their campaign of hatred and violence. Spain has just shown Al Queda that if you blow up a few bombs in a country, you can weaken their resolve. Spain has shown Al Queda they can influence elections.

Of course, liberals are loving this. I guess they REALLY DO want our soldiers alone over in Iraq. I guess liberals really do just want our men and women in uniform killed. I guess liberals just love socialists and hate Bush so much that they want to see Al Queda emboldened.....just look at this trash from a familiar hamster:
In an amazing show of unity, the people of Spain have voted to change their government. They realized that their conservative leaders, who were staunch allies of the Dumbya administration, had failed them. The war on terrorism is real and can strike anywhere, but that's not what happened in that country nor ours. It takes real action to safeguard your citizens. The people of Spain realized their government had erred in its support of this fake war in Iraq. A tremendous vote of no confidence has now been heard.
See the blind hatred of hamster liberals?!? And, here is the other thing: you liberals say we had no allies to begin with, so why even bring up Spain's leaving as significant? HMMMM?????? According to you liberals, Spain is insignificant anyway, as are the rest of our allies who have bled and fought by our side. All that matters to you liberals are your surrendering french pals and the duplicit Russians and Germans, who along with surrendering France were helping Iraq get past UN sanctions against weapons and oil all these many years. Wow, you liberals love dealing with countries that don't have American interests at heart.

As to this particular hamster, he is orgasming over a socialist regime taking over. Wow, shows you how liberals really think. He is glad Spain is socialist, and is saying that America is next. Well, if we let that hamster John Kerry win, not only will we lean ever toward socialism, but we will see more attacks and more death...and what will John Kerry do? Appease, appease, appease. Shameful and disgraceful dancing in the streets by liberals, who really do not have our best interests at heart...THEY JUST WANT TO WIN. They are so desperate to prove they are not insignificant that they will root against job growth, they will equivocate, they will hope for more soldiers to be killed, and they will hope for more allies to leave.....don't you just love these America hating liberals?
