We Are Winning...This Time in Italy

From FOX News:
Anti-terrorism police arrested the Algerian cleric of a mosque and four Tunisians Sunday in a crackdown authorities said was aimed at preventing an Al Qaeda-linked cell from sending homicide attackers to Iraq.

The suspects were seized in pre-dawn raids in three cities in the northern Tuscany region, Genoa's Police Chief Oscar Fiorolli said. Genoa, a northern port city, began the investigations that led to the arrests.

The suspects allegedly belonged to a cell of Ansar al-Islam, an organization based in northern Iraq with links to Al Qaeda, Fiorolli told the Associated Press in Rome in a telephone interview.

"Their departure for Iraq was near," Fiorolli said. "We don't know where in Iraq they were going, but they were willing to be suicide attackers."

Matt's Chat

You won't get much, if any, coverage of this story in the Partisan Mediatm.

We and our allies are continuing to have success in the War on Terror. Don't be fooled by the lack of media attention.

Mark's Remarks

Wow, proof that we are winning against the terror animals by fighting an aggressive military/intel campaign, as opposed to the appeasement legal campaign suggested by Kerry and Co. AND, more proof that the problems in Iraq are not caused by Iraqis, but rather by outside forces which continue to try to get to Iraq. Where is this vindication for the American strategists in the Partisan press? Oh wait, I forgot, they hate Bush. They don't even care about objective journalism, they just hate Bush. How could I forget?

Plain and simple....we are making a difference, we are winning. Nuff said.
