"Chappaquiddick" Misses Deadline; Miserable Failure

From Law.com:
The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Thursday rejected an attempt by Sen. Edward M. Kennedy to keep Judge William H. Pryor Jr. from participating in cases that will be argued before the full court next week.

Chief Judge J.L. Edmondson ended a 24-hour flurry of legal maneuvering with a three-paragraph order for the court, declaring that the Massachusetts Democrat's argument -- that President Bush unconstitutionally placed Pryor on the court -- arrived too late for the court to consider.

The deadline to file friend-of-the-court briefs for the June 15 en banc session was April 28, wrote Edmondson.

Matt's Chat

I just like to point out miserable failures that you won't see in the Partisan Mediatm. Somewhat childish, I know, but hey...some people just deserve the microscope. Chappaquiddick Teddy is one of them.

The Pryor appointment was valid. Chappaquiddick Teddy is just ticked because he is a miserable failure and was unable to block it.

Mark's Remarks

Ted Kennedy was too busy drinking Mai Tai's off of some poor co-ed's chest to do his job....Thank God he wasn't driving himself to the court, or who knows how many women he would have added to his kill list!
