More black helicopter theories from the Party of Lovetm today:U.S. Sen. Richard Durbin will hold a conference call at 12:30 p.m. EDT TODAY to discuss the White House's refusal to release a key document related to the pre-war intelligence that laid the foundation for going to war in Iraq. The White House's refusal to release this material raises key questions:This is about the White House's refusal to turn over a one-page summary to the Intelligence Committee. The key word here is "SUMMARY".
1) Did the President and his top staff read the full National Intelligence Estimate, did they read the key judgments, or just the one-page summary?
2) This was a widely distributed document -- 80 copies were disseminated. Why won't the White House release the summary paper? What are they hiding?
Question: How would either Kerry or Edwards know what's really going on in the Senate? Neither has a very good attendance record...
This is nothing more than more politicizing of intelligence...something that should not happen.
