There is a new group of retired diplomats and military officers that supports the foreign policy of the Bush Administration. They are holding a news conference on Tueday, Aug 17th at the National Press Club.
Diplomatic and Military Professionals for National Security offers a counterpoint to the Diplomats and Commanders for Change which bashed the President's foreign policy decisions recently.
Apparently there is a third group being formed that is more neutral but objects to the Diplomats and Commanders for Change "attempt to speak for all foreign policy professionals."
Will the mainstream media cover this event and this group nearly as much as the anti-Bush group? We'll have to wait and see, but I'm not holding my breath.
