I have a number of pieces up over at Gem City Journal that the locals might like including my answers to questions for both Kerry and Bush that were posed by an old English teacher of mine from high school.Other topics covered: DDN editor Jeff Bruce tries to distance the paper from their endorsements by calling them recommendations; DDN endorses (or is that recommends) Republican John White for State Representative and I agree; and lastly, the Dayton Fire Department has begun charging for their services and I take exception to that practice.
