MUHAHAHAHAHA....stop it Koffi, you're killing me....but wait, it gets better...
Yet I am the first to admit that real and troubling failures -- ethical lapses and lax management -- have been brought to light.
Yeah, Koffi, just ask your son about those mismanagements....just ask the people of Rwanda....this is too ridiculous to be how the man really feels, it has to be made up....but wait for the punchline....here it comes....

HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHA....oh it hurts when you laugh so much.....whoever wrote this is a comic genius...maybe Koffi has a future on Saturday Night Live, because Lord knows Tina Fey is neither funny nor innovative....
The bottom line is this: Koffi is defending an antiquated, bloated, meandering organization out of self-preservation. The UN's history of peacekeeping is marked by failure after failure, scandal after scandal....yet here is Koffi, making it sound like they cured cancer or something....
