Now he is a supporter of President Hamid Karzai and is tempting diehard Taliban fighters to accept an amnesty offer and reconcile themselves to Afghanistan's first directly elected leader.And here I thought fighting these terrorists emboldened them...Gee, I guess the MSM and the libs got that wrong too, just like they did about appeasing the Soviets, the Germans, etc.
"The Taliban has lost its morale," he said, speaking by satellite phone from the heartlands of Zabul province, a Taliban redoubt.
Of course, the head of the Taliban (who must be related to the Iraqi press secretary), sees things differently:

Folks, this is not being reported by American media precisely because of their bias against Bush, and against good news. It appears the Taliban is crumbling, and with their crumbling, so too will fall Osama bin Laden, as he loses allies. It looks like a clear victory for the Bush Doctrine....that is precisely why the MSM is not reporting it....
