Another Yahoo News Update:ROME (AP) The Italian prime minister says he has asked the U.S. ambassador for an explanation after an Italian official was killed at a U.S. checkpoint following the release of an Italian hostage.Well, I would think that the explaination will end up sounding a little like this: Italy failed to coordinate with coalition forces and I'd imagine their vehicle was driving like a bat outta Hades...this just wasn't a well executed operation on all sides.
