"The vote we're about to take is not, is not about John Bolton, the vote is about taking a stand," Biden said. He called it "totally unacceptable" for the president — no matter the political party — to "dictate to the United States Senate how he, the president, thinks we should proceed."Of course, what the Constitution has to say about seperation of powers means nothing to Democrats...at least while they are in the minority anyway.
It is time for a recess appointment for Bolton and President Bush should slam the Democrats for it. The UN needs a reformer and Bolton is just the guy for the job.
Mark's Remarks
To Mr. Biden's comments about the President dictating to the Senate how to proceed--I am sorry, ChiaHead, but he is simply reading from this document called, like, the Constitution...it like has, you know, the procedures, for like, government and stuff....
And as to his comment that the vote is not about Bolton--Biden for once in his Chiahead life speaks the truth--it is about George W. Bush. Bolton has been approved for other posts in the past, why bring up some of this stuff now, some of which was supposedly going on (I don't believe any of it) before he received his last senatorial approval? The answer: to embarrass the President, to hinder the agenda, and to protect the child rapist, child pimp oil for food embezzlers at the UN.
Also, Chia Joe Biden wants to be President, so if he doesn't go off on something, he will lose more ground to "That's why they call me"Dick
