WASHINGTON (AP) The House has passed legislation that would cut U.S. payments to the United Nations in half unless reform goals are met.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Let's get this passed in the Senate and signed in to law. Wouldn't hurt to have John bolton as ambassador either...
