SCOTUS Update

Another Yahoo News Alert:

GLENEAGLES, Scotland (AP) President Bush has named former Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson to help shepherd his yet-to-be named Supreme Court nominee through the Senate.

This is an interesting move because it puts Thompson on the stage. Mark should be very happy about this...for reasons I'll let him explain if he so chooses...
