It is because selfish, unthinking, ignorant synchopants like Ms. Sheehan and Co. have given terrorists the ammunition to target our troops. By the MSM showing the crocodile tears of Ms. Sheehan and her supposed "caring" supporters (if you really cared, get her some professional help!)nightly, the terrorists have gone back to the old plan of killing our boys and girls to get us to wimp out.
I am sick of it, quite frankly, Ms. Sheehan. Your family knows the truth. So do you, somewhere. You met with the President twice already. What makes YOU so much more deserving of an EXTRA meeting with the President than Matt Maupin's mom and dad? How about Nick Erdy's? I know, it is because you have the support of the fever swamp, right? Enough already! How many more of our brave soldiers have to join your son before you realize what you are doing??? You are not helping, Ms. Sheehan! The only thing you are doing is helping the terrorists and encouraging them to kill more American Soldiers! And, the tragic part is, you think MoveOn.org and Code Pink care...they don't. They are using you, just as they used Mr. Bennet in Texas, and many others to try to destroy the war effort. Ms. Sheehan, your son would be ashamed. Because of you, Ms. Sheehan, more of our soldiers are being targetted and will not be returning home. I guess, then, that will give you some comfort, making more Moms and Dads lose their children.

Let's talk about Sheehan, if we must... That the Left continues to abuse this poor woman is shameful, vile, and disgusting. Her grief should be a personal matter, not national news. She has put herself on the national stage, not the other way around. She has a right to speak, but she does not have the right to be heard. And she doesn't have the right to take the national stage and not have her motives questions for doing so. She is an activist. She is not entitled to special treatment. Nobody is... The longer she stays on the national stage the further she degrades her son's sacrifice.
Democrats failed to learn this lesson after 9/11 with the Jersey Girls. There are some issues that you just shouldn't politicize. The deaths of American soldiers is one of those issues.
