At some point, I'll weigh in with my opinion on this, but suffice it to say that I'm not exactly thrilled with it. Sens. DeWine and Voinovich are in the yeah column along with the likes of Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden. On the other hand, the nays include good guys like Kyl, Coburn and DeMint as well as bad guys like Byrd, Harkin and Kerry.
I don't think think that this was intended to be a "rebuke" of the administration and only MSM idiots like the Washington Post would frame it that way. This vote isn't a sign of declining support for the war, but rather a desire by the US Senate to see further progress on the issue of Iraqi troops coming online. I have no problem with that..."Faster, please."
