And 30 Million was for...
Peter Jackson and Jack Black's buffet table. Another 30 million went to Jack Black's girdle.
More and more glitz, more special effects, less story and acting. I have heard this movie is bad...really bad.
When is Hollyweird going to learn that it doesn't matter the high price and glitz of the film, it needs good story and good acting.
Peter Jackson is a good director. He did well with Tolkien. Hoewver, he had a good script and a great story. And, it had never been done. With Kong, we get Jack Black as a civilized person and not the ape (that's what I thought he would play when cast.)
