It appears that creating a resolution supporting our troops and being "committed to victory in Iraq" is wrong and just politics playing, according to House Dems, led by Nancy"Mafiosi" Pelosi. Check out the story here
You see, what Nancy and Co. still don't understand and don't get ( I guess they failed Govt. 101) is that calls to the media and whining for withdrawal aren't the way we do things, we vote on it. In this case, our elected leaders vote on it. That way, the citizens can see if their elected representatives are actually representing them. You see, in this way, you cannot be both for it and against it, though God help them, they keep trying.
So, that 2-1 margin of Dems voting against the resolution, does that mean they are committed to defeat of our soldiers, of our cause? Hmm....I mean, with voting against something simply committing to victory, one could, I suppose, question their commitment to the troops...don't you think?
