David Smith, John Mitchel and Bill Pierce provided commentary for Battleground this week. I want to encourage everybody to go read from all three of these guys.Smith has never impressed me. Here is a guy who has failed to win an election in three states that he's tried. I don't get the impression that he's ready for prime time yet...
Mitchel is angry. Rather than attack Sen. DeWine, Mitch used his opportunity to belittle Smith and Pierce. Mitch is right about one thing though: conservatives are going to have to choose soon which one of these guys they are going to support.
That person ought to be Bill Pierce. Bill addressed issues that matter to conservatives today. He was the only one of the three to actually talk about what he wanted to do with the office if he were elected.
