Mission Creep at COAST?

Bouncin' Bob's cronies at COAST are going to file a complaint with the Ohio Election Committee over the endorsement flap that we reported yesterday.

The Enquirer's blog has the sotry:
The Coalition Opposed to Additional Spending and Taxes (COAST) just announced in an e-mail to reporters that it plans to file a formal complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission against Rep. Jean Schmidt for claiming on her Web site that Republican Reps. Steve Chabot of Westwood and Tom Tancredo of Colorado had endorsed her.
There is plenty more over there worth reading.

COAST is an acronym for Coalition Opposed to Additional Spending and Taxes. What do endorsements have to do with spending or taxes? This is nothing more than a vendetta by a minor group of malcontents against an incumbent who is running against their Chosen One.

Could it be that the COASTies are trying to deflect attention from Bouncin' Bob's own problems with the Ohio Election Commission? And when will the Enquirer be reporting on that?
