'08 Update

AP News Alert:

WASHINGTON (AP) Democratic Sen. Evan Bayh of Indiana to take formal step toward White House candidacy next week.

This one will be the guy to watch...if he can win the primary (and I'm not convinced that he can), he might be a serious threat for '08.
