Funding Education Update

While the Ohio Education Association continues its assault against the Ohio taxpayer, stories like this one should get more press than they actually do...

This is ONN:
The superintendent of schools in Cincinnati has won a 3.2 percent raise, pushing her salary above $200,000.

The school board approved the pay increase for Rosa Blackwell on a close 4-to-3 vote Monday night, with opponents saying the district needs to be tightening its belt.

The resolution that passed praised Blackwell for her financial and strategic planning.

Her annual salary is going from $197,000 a year to just under $204,000. She'll remain the state's second highest-paid schools chief, behind only Eugene Sanders of Cleveland, who makes $260,000 a year.
Maybe, just maybe, if the administrators would pay themselves less the taxpayer just might not get squeezed to death...

I'm just saying...

And, yes, I know...she's Ken blackwell's wife. And??? All that means is that she should know better...
