ROME (AP) An Italian judge orders a U.S. soldier to stand trial in absentia for the fatal shooting of an Italian intelligence agent in Baghdad.Of course, when you find out that this is about an intelligence agent who was secretly negotiating with terrorists in order to secure the release of a terrorist-loving communist... I don't know about you, but I'm not overly moved by the Italian's situation. I'm even less concerned when you find out that the reason why this guy got shot was that he accelerated towards a checkpoint and failed to stop when challenged.
