Treachery from Senate Democrats

WASHINGTON (AP) Officials say Senate Democrats are drafting legislation to limit the mission of U.S. troops in Iraq.

There is no such thing as a "living Constitution" and the United States Senate is NOT the Commander-in-Chief of this nation's arnmed forces.
