Washington (AP) The House Judiciary Committee has served a subpoena to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales seeking documents related to the firings of U.S. attorneys.

Has Congress got nothing better to do than investigate whether or not the Executive branch has the right to hire and fire people who serve at the pleasure of the President?
