Civil Unions Update

AP News Alert:

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) New Hampshire's state Senate votes 14-10 to allow civil unions for same-sex couples, sending the measure to the governor, who has said he will sign it.

The question remains if New Hampshire gets to make laws for Ohio...SCOTUS will probably have to determine that one at some point.
